Does The Queen's Arms have any age limits?
We adhere to the Florida alcohol drinking policy. The legal drinking age in Florida is 21 years old. This means that it is illegal for anyone under 21 to: Consume alcohol, possess alcohol, be served alcohol, and be permitted to consume alcohol on licensed premises. Penalties for underage possession of alcohol can include jail time, probation, fines, and a permanent criminal record.
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 40 will be asked to show I.D. If a legal I.D. cannot be produced no alcohol shall be severed to this person/persons.
